If you find another online store that offers a lower price than us within 30 days of your purchase date, please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference.

To request your partial refund simply e-mail us the website link to the same product on our competitor’s website within 30 days from the date of your order and we will process the credit accordingly.

Our 100% Price Guarantee has some limitations:

• You must purchase the item from our website before requesting your Price Match Guarantee
• Promotions such as coupons, flash sales, closeout, clearance, rebates and buy one, get one free offer are not eligible;
• The item must be identical (such as brand, size, color, material, quantity…etc.);
• The item must be in stock on the competitor' website;
• The item price must be published on the competitor website. Written or verbal quotations are not accepted.;
• The competitor must be an online store and do not have a retail location;
• The website cannot be a discounter or auction website (included but not limited to eBay, overstock, etc..);
• The competitor must be an Authorized Retailer of the item in question;
• The Price Match Guarantee includes the item price and the shipping charges, it excludes sales tax;
• Note: Not all manufacturers allow us to offer price match guarantee. To comply with the manufacturer’s policy, only item explicitly marked with price match guarantee in the respective product page are eligible for the guarantee.
